Discoveries

I think this is truly amazing!

One of my passions is working with young children.  Watching them grow.  Tracing what can be traced of how they come to their own conclusions.  Laughing with them.  Watching the looks of wonder, awe, and sometimes challenge when they stumble upon new ideas, or when they see something they have never noticed before. 

It makes me think of myself as an adult.  Although it may not happen as frequently, it does happen.  In my evaluation of myself - during those times of enlightenment - I can truly say,

"I can't help but to embrace those moments".

Discoveries...It's funny...They are made up of things that are already here and my awareness of those things.  Yet, they always seem so new.  And oddly enough, we tend to have names for things that mark those Eureka moments.

I think I'm on to somthing here...
