We have been having staff trainings all week. What have we learned??? I will have to let the teachers comment for you.... We have been immersing ourselves in RIE and Reggio; talking about compassion, and looking forward to our next staff trainings when we can go even deeper into our enduring understandings of what education is and should look like.
